WELCOME TO THE STEINBOCK ALM CULINARY WORLD

Preparing Austrian classics true to traditional recipes and at the same time conjuring up a cosmopolitan touch on the plate – that has always been the credo of the Steinbock Alm kitchen team. Seasonal delicacies such as Gitti’s famous “Moosbeernocken” (blueberry pancakes) in summer are a must. Just like Tom’s legendary fish soup, a poem for friends of refined cuisine.

Cooking is “handicraft at the highest level and a game with the best ingredients and finest flavours“. Speaking of flavours – a variety of herbs grow around the Steinbock Alm, which occupy an essential place in the Steinbock Alm kitchen all year round and refine the culinary specialities with their aroma. Homemade products for home are available in the Schmuckkastl, so that the aroma of the Steinbock Alm can also be enjoyed at home.
